I was very reluctant to come to have impacted wax removed from my ears which had previously been very painful. Amy assured me she would not hurt me and explained what she was doing.. It was not painful and was very successful. I can almost hear grass growing now! I appreciated her manner and skill and will return in six months for this procedure.

She discussed my condition and what symptoms it can cause, how surgery might help, things I had to consider before and after, etc. She also listened to my medical and personal history very carefully, and she made suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. I really liked her.
