Emily is always ready to listen and goes over my bloodwork numbers and explains them to me, i.e., what is good, what is above or below the normal range, and I take home my copy of the paperwork. She always asks me how things are going with me and genuinely listens to me. I really like Andrea, Dr. Rooks' nurse, who makes me feel at ease.

Dr. Rooks is awesome. She is definitely the best physician I have encountered in the Tanner system by far. The care she provides is just as good if not better than what you would receive from a big city health system associated with a med school like Emory or UAB. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. Her nurse is great as well.

Dr Rooks is an excellent provider. The problem with this practice is they are overworked and over whelmed. I had questions regarding my cpap and issues. She had to stay longer then was allotted with me and by the time she finished I had put her way behind. I apologized but it cannot be helped. She was anxious or did not even act like she was in a hurry.
