Dr. Hamner is board-certified in anesthesiology. He earned his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W.V. He completed his internship at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, and his residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
