Prepare for life with your newborn at Tanner Health's Baby Care Boot Camp, a free, in-person workshop designed to help expectant parents feel informed and confident before their baby arrives.

Led by Tanner's maternity experts, this interactive class covers the essentials of newborn care and the postpartum experience. Topics include understanding newborn appearance and procedures, choosing a pediatrician, caring for yourself after delivery, breastfeeding basics, and ways to support your baby's early language and learning development through everyday interactions.

Each expectant parent is encouraged to bring one support person. Please register each attendee separately using the same email address so we know you are attending together.

To help create a focused learning environment, we ask that children younger than 12 not attend the class.
