Infectious Diseases of West Georgia will relocate to a new office effective Monday, Aug. 17.

The practice will welcome patients at:  119 Ambulance Drive, Suite B, Carrollton, GA 30117.

The relocation will not affect patient care. The practice's physicians and care team will continue providing the same services at the new location.

Patients with appointments scheduled on or after Aug. 17 should report directly to the new office. Patients with questions about the relocation or upcoming appointments are encouraged to contact the practice directly.
