Christopher Harper, MD, Joins Carrollton ENT

More access to ear, nose and throat care is coming to west Georgia as Christopher "Chris" Harper, MD, joins Carrollton Ear, Nose & Throat and the patient care team at Tanner Health System.
Dr. Harper specializes in otolaryngology, which focuses on treating and managing conditions and diseases that affect the ears, nose and throat (ENT), as well as the head and neck.
Dr. Harper earned his medical degree from the Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
While a medical student, Dr. Harper founded Give A Bear, Change A Life Inc., a non-profit that donates personalized Build-A-Bear toys to children who have severe or chronic medical needs.
Dr. Harper is also a craftsman who builds furniture and a volunteer with Mayflower Medical Outreach, where he joins teams of ENT doctors and nurses to provide care to underserved regions in Nicaragua.
Dr. Harper is also working on a medical research project to construct a 3D analysis of the middle ear to develop prosthetic bones for ossicular reconstruction surgery, as well as a local program to provide cochlear implants for those with hearing impairment.
