Need to transfer a patient to a Tanner facility? Tanner has a one-call-does-it-all number to help facilitate fast, efficient transfers and referrals.

Tanner One Call

Registered Nurses who are experienced in emergency medicine and critical care will:

  • Answer your call
  • Secure the provider
  • Coordinate the transfer and referral
  • Arrange a transfer
  • Initiate a confirmation call back

You will be asked:

  • Is this an emergency?
  • Where is the patient now?
  • A brief description of the purpose of the admission/transfer
  • Clinical information pertinent to the admission/transfer

  • We look forward to coordinating the logistics so you may focus on direct patient care!
