Dr. Mathew is board-certified in infectious diseases and internal medicine. He earned a bachelors degree in biochemistry from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo in Geneseo, New York, and bachelors degrees in medicine and surgery from the Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute in Chennai, India. He completed his internship at New York Medical College in Queens, New York, his residency in internal medicine at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, and his fellowship in infectious diseases at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.
