Struggling with ongoing symptoms of diabetes, such as hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia? Uncertain about what a diet looks like for a person with diabetes? Want to learn how to work with your physician in developing the best treatment plan for you?
Get Healthy, Live Well offers a free, six-session Living Well With Diabetes workshop to help you manage diabetes. You and your caregiver will learn ways to manage symptoms with the support of trained coaches and other workshop attendees facing similar health concerns.
Classes will be offered in Carrollton and Villa Rica on Tuesday, March 7. The class in Carrollton will be offered at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Classroom 260, from 10 a.m. to noon; the class in Villa Rica will be offered in Classroom C at Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
