Ifeoma “Iffy” Okponyia, MD, Joins Villa Rica Family Medicine

Tanner Health System continues its commitment to high-quality, patient-centered family care with the addition of Ifeoma “Iffy” Okponyia, MD, to Villa Rica Family Medicine. 
Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Okponyia earned her medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine in Coolidge, Antigua. She completed her residency in family medicine at Baton Rouge General Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Phi Delta Epsilon International Medical Fraternity. At Villa Rica Family Medicine, Dr. Okponyia joins LaTanya Chapman, MD, Evangelio Gonzalez, MD, Lawrence Price, MD, Virginia Price, MD, and Mary Alexander-Adams, PA-C.
