Tanner to Host Advancing Your Health Education Series: Healthy Hearts and Diabetes Prevention

Having diabetes or prediabetes increases the risk for heart disease and stroke, but there are ways you can lower your risk. Tanner’s Get Healthy, Live Well is offering a new class as part of its Diabetes Prevention Program maintenance program that will teach participants why a heart-healthy lifestyle is their best defense against heart disease.
Guided by a trained lifestyle coach, participants in the "Healthy Hearts and Diabetes Prevention" class will learn how to prevent or manage heart disease. This class is free of charge. Registration is required.
Get Healthy, Live Well will offer the class on two dates at locations in Carrollton and Villa Rica:
