Dr. Eubanks is an awesome doctor. She listens and provides great care to her patients.

This was absolutely the best first visit I have ever done with a primary care clinic . My nurse practitioner ask me questions about my health as well as explained options a concerns about my age a doing preventative care such as shots etc at my age. She was great at advising on at this point at my age of things I need to do to take of myself and prevent or keep check on my health
