Dr. John Pearson Joining West Georgia Urology

John Pearson, MD, a board-certified urologist, is joining West Georgia Urology and the medical staff of Tanner Health 
System.
Dr. Pearson earned his medical degree from Northwestern Medical School in Chicago. He completed a surgical internship as well as a fellowship in cancer research and urology at the University of California, San Francisco. He also served as a lieutenant commander at Naval Hospital Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Fla.
Dr. Pearson is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Urological Association, Florida State Medical Association and the American Society of Clinical Urologists. He is skilled in treating a range of problems affecting the male reproductive system, including cancer, erectile dysfunction and more.
With West Georgia Urology, Dr. Pearson joins the patient care team of James Cullison, MD; Kevin McLaughlin, MD; D.J. Bartlett, FNP, CUNP; and Julie Warren, FNP, PNP. The practice offers advanced techniques that improve the quality of life for thousands of the region’s men and women every year.
