Drs. King, Scotland Join West Georgia Anesthesia Associates

Michael King, MD, and Quiana Scotland, MD, are joining West Georgia Anesthesia Associates and the medical staff at Tanner Health System.
Dr. King is board-certified in anesthesia. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Mich., and completed his residency in anesthesia at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Ill. Prior to joining Tanner, Dr. King served as anesthesia chief and medical director of perioperative services at Kaiser-Permanente Mid-Atlantic Medical Group in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Scotland earned her medical degree from the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta. She completed her residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C., where she also served as a research resident in the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine.
West Georgia Anesthesia Associates provides anesthesia services at each of Tanner’s hospitals and surgical care centers, including Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton, Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica and Higgins General Hospital in Bremen.
