Tanner Hosting ‘Control When You Go’ Education Session in Villa Rica
Tuesday, October 2, 2018
Urologic problems — such as losing urine involuntarily, having difficulty emptying your bladder, waking from sleep to urinate frequently during the night, frequent urinary tract infections, pain in your pelvis or bladder and more — can have a gradual but significant impact on a person’s quality of life.
Fortunately, evaluation and treatment for leakage, bladder issues and other urologic problems can be highly effective and help people get back to the things they love.
Mitchell K. Rauch, MD, will lead a special information session on Tuesday, Oct. 16, at 6:30 p.m. The session will be held in Classrooms A and B at Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica, at 601 Dallas Highway. The classrooms are located on the third floor of the VillaWest medical office building adjacent to the hospital.
This educational event, a part of Tanner Health System’s Advancing Your Health education series, will give participants the opportunity to learn about the latest treatments available from a certified specialist in urological health.
Dr. Rauch’s Advancing Your Health education session, “Control When You Go,” will cover the diagnosis and treatment of issues related to urinary and bowel incontinence. He is a board-certified urologist with West Georgia Urology and a member of the medical staff at Tanner Health System.
The discussion is free to attend. Registration is required. To register, visit www.tanner.org/control.
