Tanner Hosting Free Education Class on Hip Pain Treatment
Wednesday, August 7, 2019
Hip injuries among adults are incredibly common, impacting thousands of people each year.
They can stem from physically demanding activities like jogging or hiking to conditions such as arthritis and joint inflammation.
Living with the aches and pains from hip issues can leave a lasting impact on one’s mobility — and it could be keeping you from enjoying your life to the fullest.
If you’re ready to move past the pain and limitation and get your mobility back, join orthopedic specialists Gregory Slappey, MD, and Adam Sunderland, MD, both members of the patient care team at Tanner Ortho and Spine Center, as they educate you on options for a lasting solution to the pain.
Dr. Slappey and Dr. Sunderland’s discussion will cover treatment for a range of hip injuries and disorders, as well as the latest and most leading-edge treatment options available at Tanner — including surgical and non-surgical options.
The session will be held on Tuesday, September 17, at 6 p.m. in Classroom 2 at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton located at 705 Dixie Street.
Those interested in attending this free discussion can register online at tanner.org/hippain.
