Men's Health Classes

We offer classes to help you get active, eat better and prevent disease. From tai chi to cooking healthy on a budget, find what works for you.

Need to break a bad habit? We can help with that too. Stop smoking with our Freedom From Smoking tobacco cessation program or get help with substance abuse with Regain.
