Request Information Compassionate end-of-life care Our neighbors in the final phase of a chronic illness deserve to live with comfort and dignity, surrounded by the people and things they love. We offer in-home hospice care to our neighbors in Carroll, Coweta, Douglas, Haralson, Heard and Paulding counties, helping people manage their symptoms to make their last days comfortable. Support for loved ones Our mission doesn't stop with the patients in our care — helping their loved ones heal is part of our mission, too. We offer respite care, bringing the patient into the hospital to receive nursing care and give families a brief rest. And our dedicated group of volunteers helps provide companionship and support. After the loss of a loved one, we provide phone calls, visits, counseling, cards, grief support groups and community memorial services. Care for every member of our community Everyone is entitled to live their last days in peace and dignity. We offer in-home hospice services to every member of our community, regardless of ability to pay. We rely on donations, community support and reimbursement from Medicare and private insurance plans to support our mission. Trusted, accredited care around-the-clock Tanner Hospice Care is certified by Medicare and Medicaid, and is fully accredited by The Joint Commission. Our team of nurses and social workers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also address the spiritual and practical needs of the families in our care with chaplain services, in-hospital respite care, grief support and volunteers from the community who help provide companionship to patients or even help with transportation and household tasks.
