Patient eligibility for hospice
We offer hospice services for the following patients:
- Patients who have approval from and continued participation of their attending doctor
- Patients who have a life expectancy of six months or less
- Patients who are seeking comfort-oriented care rather than curative treatments
- Patients who have a responsible person available to assist in their care at home

Hospice care is available to patients in the following west Georgia counties:
- Carroll
- Coweta
- Douglas
- Haralson
- Heard
- Paulding
