Community Reports

At Tanner Health System, we are committed to supporting the health needs of the residents in the communities we serve.

That’s why we go to great lengths to not only study our communities’ needs but to also take actionable steps to improve the health of its residents. Every three years, we conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for each of our hospitals in west Georgia and east Alabama.

After determining the needs of residents living in our service area, we develop a plan to help make each community a healthier place to live, learn, work, play and pray.
